I come here once a week on the weekends. They are always polite to me when I get my sandwich and give fast service. If there's ever a sudden surge of people coming in that slows the service slightly, they're really nice and explain what's going on and still get my food to me in good time. Their food always just tastes like a regular sub, which is exactly what I want. Their produce is pretty good. I wish they were open on Sundays, but it's not the end of the world that they aren't.

Had issues with payment over the app last night ordering dinner, and called the store asking for help. Usually when something like this happens I expect the employee to be unable to help and tell me it is what it is and they can’t help with app issues. A girl with a wonderful attitude picked up the phone and cancelled the online order that had problems and placed a new one over the phone with proper payment in less than five minutes. Wow! I never expect someone like this to be working in a restaurant. I asked for her name because I had to be sure her employers knew how kind and helpful she is!! Tell Claire she is amazing!!!

I love this place! They live up to their slogan of freaky fast. And ordering using their app makes it even faster! I love their sense of humor displayed everywhere. This location in particular has a nice greenhouse-type dining area inside, and shaded patio area outside. And their sandwiches are amazing.

I haven't lived in the area long, but have had a good experience at this location with the staff and the food thus far. For the first time ever there was a mixup with my sandwich today that was delivered. the staff was nice about it - besides, mistakes happen sometimes, theyre human too! they delivered the correct one quickly and threw in a cookie even after i insisted it wasnt necessary. Overall, still very happy with this location and their willingness to correct the mixup. Plus theyre very quick with delivery! And even when customizing the sandwich they get it right with no issue even though they did have to correct my sandwich today i got the replacement exactly as i had originally ordered it! Thanks guys! For those posting negative reviews i wonder if you even reached out to give them a chance to try and rectify the situation? or did you just sit and let it piss you off more and more until you thought a bad review would really stick it to them? If that's the biggest problem in your life i am happy to trade you!! #keyboardwarriors

This location is the best Jimmy John's in the whole city. My sandwich was made and handed to me before I'd even swiped my card at the register. These folks work really hard to please their customers, and it shows in the service and the food. You can get some really good food here for a really good price, and I've never been anything less than thrilled with the quality.
