The guy who was working the drive thru late night on Friday Dec. 8 was amazing. Food was good too.

These guys were short staffed on Halloween but I was greeted with kind remarks and made to feel important. I totally understand the epidemic going on in the food industry right now, and they were definitely feeling it but they did everything in their power to make sure my food was made correctly and made in a timely matter. All while dealing with some not so accommodating guests.

Service was great, no complaints. Haven't been to burger King in a while, and it isn't an issue with this location(as they don't control this) but is burger King food becoming less flavorful than other places? Food was cooked perfectly with toppings and sauces, but all I taste was the base umami/savory and salty.
Location, great. Burger King overall, maybe lacking?

Both digital and mailer coupons have some good deals that are a money saver. Food was hot and fresh. Service is good. Food in a timely manner. The atmosphere is quiet and clean.

We were greeted by a very kind man who made sure we were having a great experience. He made sure the area was nice and clean and was very pleasant.

Good, pretty much just what you would expect from a burger from burger King. I was perfectly content. Oh and the bun was bright red, but it was on purpose for the spiderverse burger, don't worry

My Mom got the wrong food. When she tried to get the right sandwich the staff argued with her about the fact that she ordered the sandwich that she did. Even going so far as to say the sandwich she received was on the receipt when clearly it wasn't. This was the second fast food restaurant in Salt Lake that didn't give out the right order in 2-3 weeks, and argued about it. What happened to the customer is always right?! When I worked at Wendy's in Tooele, Utah I was trained to say sorry and fix the order; not to argue with the customer. Since when was it correct training to argue with the customer?! In my strong opinion the employee is never right when an order is made wrong, and the customer is always right! As can be inferred I am not happy with Salt Lake City Fast Foof restaurants! There must be better training!

I did not have to wait in line in the dining room. I ordered I want a meal and tell them I did not want mayonnaise please use mustard and they finally got the order correct it took them almost two years. The employees are both always rude I'm used to that. The burger was great. How much people were sitting outside in the outdoor dining tables they were sitting on top of the tables. It was a beautiful day and I was going to sit outside but because of the huge homeless problem in Salt Lake City I remained inside.
