A&w Restaurant

This review is pulled up 2 stars by employees and management, which goes to show you what a little customer service can do (to all of society). I remember the sit down KFCs with actual waitresses so all modern KFC experiences will have darkly shaded views. Even if the mash potatoes seemed real on ceramic plates the gravy has been terrific enough not to care if those chicken bones were browned in an oven. I am deeply disappointed and draw the line at chicken substitution. The last two visits to KFC have begun with my standard order of any quantity of Original Recipe fried chicken followed 2 to 15 minutes later by employee asking if I would be "OK" with x number of pieces of Extra Crispy Recipe instead of my Original Recipe, unless I wanted to wait an extra 15 minutes. Well first off, you didn't say THAT when I ordered , so WHO did you give MY Original Recipe to? And even though I said it would be okay (because who on earth has 30 minutes to wait for KFC) even though it is not. I want my Original Recipe damn it! If liked Extra Crispy, I would have ordered it to begin with. Unfortunately too the A&W Root beer comes off the soda machine and yet we are promised it is made in store daily.

I stopped into the A&W to get a root beer float. It was very delicious I drove to the drive-thru and ordered it and the man said come on down and I was completed with my order. I said I sure will and I paid with my credit card the Jolly man handing me my root beer float. And said have a nice day and and I went I said in the parking lot next to the A&W / KFC and ate my root beer float it was very good.
