Super amazing customer service. And the pretzels are really good. They where warm and tasted really fresh. I left feeling happy thanks to the warm pretzel and great customer service.

I work downtown and came in for the first time this week. The owner was running the store- he was so incredibly nice and friendly, the food was fresh and the store is incredibly clean. Don't hesitate to stop in! I'll definitely be back soon.

Have they ever gotten my order right? No. Is the staff always trying their hardest to be helpful and are the pretzels I end up receiving always good? Pretty much! The staff's unfamiliarity with the menu does hinder their service, but a pretzel is a pretzel in the end. Plus, those pretzels are pretty good.

I'm editing my previous review because the service here has improved so much recently. It's still on the pricey side, but the pretzels are so much better than any other pretzel stand that I don't mind paying for it. Way to go for the management; they had a few reviews talking about service issues here and it looks like they've taken the initiative to fix things.

Great customer service. Good food that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Quick and fast service. Prices is great! I recommend this place and will be a returning customer.

Went in during a slower time so can't speak to some of the previous reviews, but took a quick break from work to grab a snack, and the staff member at the counter was incredibly cheery, and the pretzels (in my opinion) had the perfect textures and flavors. I like that they keep the dipping sauces heated in their display case!

My FAVORITE! The Facebook page posted something about an anniversary a while ago and was giving away free pretzels during the end of a month which unfortunately during that time I was moving. I tagged a friend to tell her to go and wish i could go with. But. I'd have to miss it. Someone form the actual wp page told me to pm them and they hooked it. Up with 4 Dips, 1 Bitz and 1 free pretzel! Thank you guys again! Better than EVERY PETZEL PLACE EVER!

Delicious food, great service. We were greeted immediately and were told to take our time figuring out what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed and the guy who was helping us was quick to answer questions and offered a sample of their frozen lemonade when he saw I was excited that it was made out of their fresh lemonade. It was a great experience and we'll definitely come back.

Wetzel's Pretzels is a fun welcome addition to citycreek. The slushies are amazing. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The folks there are super helpful and will let you try just about anything before you buy if they are not super busy.
