Had never been and never heard of Pats but was early for a nearby appointment today (Friday) so stopped in and ordered the Burnt Ends special with Fries, incredible, very generous serving size compared to many places and top notch quality, will definitely be back. Take out service was prompt, professional and quick.

Unequivocally the best smoked meat in the state. I think Bam Bams in Orem comes close, but Pats has always held the #1 spot for my taste. Pats is also the only one I’m aware of that knows what a burnt end is (instead of trying to manufacture something totally different like SH).
Pats dry rub is solid, and the meat is always good without any sauce. I don’t care for any of Pats sauces. I wonder how they would react if I walked in with a bottle of Bryant’s

We went back tonight, my husband had the Classic Hamburger and I got a 1/4 Pork Ribs Rack. Great dinner, food was tasty. We got great customer service, sadly they were out of sweet potatoes 🍟 fries, but we understood it can happen, the lady who works there spoiled us, she gave us other sides to try. Good customer service, good prices and excellent food
We really enjoyed it. Food was awesome, the place very clean. This time service was great 😀

I am super glad I visited this spot! The food was delicious! The services was great! The atmosphere was awesome. I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too packed and they had live music. The quesadilla was delish and the sandwich was good. Definitely recommend.

I didn’t like the briskets and the the ribs were dry, cold and not cooked all the way. The sauce was amazing and the ambient is cool

There's just something about this location that is generally better! I've been here early when there was very few people, and I come during peak live music times. The food and service never disappoint! They say the recipes are the same as the other location, but whatever the reason, it just tastes better here. Even when slammed, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only less than awesome thing would be their limited immediate parking, but during busy times, you can park in the large lot just to the West.

4.6 Stars, First time at this location, normally hit the OG spot. The BBQ here was pretty good. Dare I saw perhaps better than the OG spot. Tried the 3 meat plate, burnt ends, smoked chicken, and sausage. Until ends were tasty and juicy, maybe a bit to fatty but still great. Smoked chicken was good, slightly dry for me but good. The sausage link, here i got a whole link as you should, I remember,my last visit to the OG spot I only got a half link, anyways it was pretty good flavor. Ordered 3 sides, ended up with only 2 and did not notice until after I left. Mac and cheese was ok, little waterery needs more flavor. The collard greens had some flavor, and were cooked perfect. Never received my jambalaya and did not even notice, so I must have enjoyed my lunch overall. Ice tea was a little too diluted, its BBQ should be stronger like in the south.

If you'd asked me 2 years ago, I'd say it was the best. But something's changed since then. The BBQ sauce is a little sweet or very spicy. The brisket we got was half fat (not satisfactory for paying an extra $1.25 than what's advertised on the outdated digital menu of $1.00 additional), but the brisket and pulled pork were very good. The chicken wings didn't go too well with the BBQ meat plates in my opinion, but they worked. The salad was cheap iceberg lettuce mix. The French fries were mediocre. The cornbread was old and only soft for about the size of a quarter and only on the bottom. But the coleslaw (unique) and baked beans were pretty good. If it weren't for the flavor of the brisket and pork, it'd have less stars. Overall it's still good, filling, and decently priced.
