If I could give zero stars, I would first off. I truly cringe at the fact I have to do this, however.. WHY WHY WHY can I not ever ever ever get extra red sauce on a simple bean & cheese burrito, in stead of getting ZERO ZERO ZERO red sauce at all, like EVER!! LIKE SERIOUSLY...20 YEARS OF THIS!!! 😩😩😩😩😩😩

Ok so big shout out to the manager!!!!! Other Taco Bell’s take notice from her. Excellent customer service, kind, wonderful. I was giving up on Taco Bell’s till this you lady. She truly shines with pride in her job and total customer service. 9pm on 6/15. It was truly a honor to be in her store. I will never go to any other Taco Bell in the state of Utah except this one. Taco Bell across the state is having issues with actually providing a service of any kind to the customer again put this lady in charge of Taco Bell Utah. She is truly a asset to your company…..

If I could give this place zero stars, I would do so. The service is just horrible. I stopped by at night to take-out something quick. That "quick" turned out into one of the slowest times. The lady supervisor who was there just refused to walk up to the front to take my order. Right behind me was a gentleman who had ordered online and came in to pick up the order. We just stood there like idiots waiting for the lady or anyone to come up. There was a customer there who was dining in. She apparently knew the lady supervisor and she repeatedly asked her to come up and help us. But the supervisor flatly refused stating that she was very busy. It took us close to 25 minutes to get a simple order. All of us who were standing in line just decided that there were enough taco places in the neighborhood and we didn't need to come back to this Taco Bell location ever. Never ever!!

If you want to order your favorite Taco Bell foods, and then get nothing that you ordered. Then spend 45 minutes getting that food. Finally, to arrive at your home only to be surprised with $1 menu items. This is the place for you. Just remember to not eat the food they gave you because you may not recover from the worst diarrhea you will ever experience. I give this place 10 thumbs down. Here’s to wishing Google would create negative stars for reviews.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered a chicken burrito and opened it up to 5 pieces of chicken the size of a dime. And was told I should order extra chicken next time. That’s only one of many things wrong with the order. Manager no where to be found after asking for a refund, because my two other items were wrong…

Me and multiple of my comrades were attempting to order tacos, but we were refused and spoken to dismissively in the drive through. I believe these comments were racially motivated. One of my fellows is of native american heritage, and he was treated very poorly. I hope that this establishment can improve in the future. Sincerely, a disappointed customer.
