Been here a couple times and they seem to do better than most fast food places, employees interact to make sure you are getting your meal and they were working quickly to get the food out, most things tasted fresh

Update. Visited again today. I ordered on the app. I was early, so I went in to wait. The restaurant has been beautifully remodeled. It was clean. The service was excellent. So, they got a much higher rating than last time Always check your order before you leave the drive thru. They miss something about half the time. This time they missed bronco berry sauce and napkins. Keep an eye on them 6/24/2021 update.; Well, tried them again. What I ordered: 2 brisket flatbreads, 2 gyros. What I got? 1 brisket 3 gyros. Which means, what I got was ripped off. There is franchise on State street and another on 7200 South. This place has training issues.

Ordered my food on the app for the first time. I got there earlier than I had set the pickup time for so I went in to see if I actually had to wait. The young man at the register said yes but he could bring it out to my car as soon as it was ready. (I don't think it's an option to bring it to your car) he brought it out exactly on time and with the right sauce I had asked for. Also I don't know if it's because I ordered the food on the app but that was the freshest food I'd ever gotten from an Arby's. It tasted great and my stomach never got upset. I guess I will order on the app from now on.

Over all the experience was a good one. Low score in the atmosphere because the kitchen had the radio on loud enough that it was drowning out the lobby music. The whole time we ate we had to listen to two songs at the same time which obviously was not pleasant. The food and fries were awesome. The service was basic. They were only there to do their job which did not contribute a whole lot to customer friendliness. They were not unfriendly, they just never went out of their way to be social.

The guy at the window was very nice and restored my faith in humans in fast food. I appreciate that. I was traveling from it off town, it had been an extremely long day; and I just wanted a bit of food before heading to chill for 8 hours before my flight back home later that evening. Nice kid, to say the least

This is my experience past and present with this Arby's location. I also work retail, and without my customers, I wouldn't have a job. So if you're an Arbys employee, manager, or corporate, please read this review all the way through. Customer service is KEY. Without it, you lose hundreds of dollars of potential business from a single customer. Knowing this, I treat each and every one of my customers as kindly and professionally as I possibly can. Retail is hard, I get it, so take breaks to avoid burnout. I used to manage 5 subway locations as a "Floater manager" due to lack of staffing (one of which had a drivethrough), so trust me when I say I get that working retail can be TOUGH! I once had an employee at this location get mad at me and be very snappy with me when I walked in the drivethough during Covid. I'm not sure which employee this was, but no customer wants to get scolded like a child. I was told to do this by other employees, so I was confused. I didn't have a vehicle and their lobby was closed for way too long (they said it was due to staffing, but I believed for a long time it had to do with not wanting to clean the tables and the lobby). Many people used Covid as an excuse not to do things, but maybe they really are being honest about it. Who knows? Since they have opened up their lobby and have gotten more staff, things have been going a lot better. The lobby had been open for over 6 months, and I didn't know because of avoiding this place due to my past experience. They lost over half a year of my business due to one snappy employee. That's a lot of money, guys!!! This goes to show how important it is to treat your customers with kindness and respect. Hundreds of potential dollars down the drain for this Arbys. What a shame! Anyway, now I usually come here twice a day 5 times a week because it's so close to my job and I'm obsessed with their lemonades. They know me by name and have treated me a lot better. I take the cart pushers from Walmart here all the time to get lemonade. Their lobby is always clean, and napkins, sauces, straws, ect, are always stocked. I recommend the classic chicken sandwich, pork slider, Jamocha shake, Reuben sandwich, french dip, the limited items such as the new Steakhouse Burger, and any of their lemonades that are behind the counter, especially strawberry and peach (Blueberry is limited time). Get light on the ice because they are non-refillable. You're welcome. UPDATE: Went over at 10:40 am to get lemonades for all my coworkers and the had the lobby doors locked. We don't own vehicles so we couldn't use to drivethrough. It says right on the door 10:00 lobby open, if this isn't true they should change the sign. If you are understaffed put a freaking note. God dang. They did this to me for almost a year and are doing it again.

Excellent service, delicious Italian deli food and market, and top-of-the-line dark chocolate. I love looking in the window of the cheese cave. Only drawback is the smell of raw fish that comes from the neighboring fish market. But I have a "super-smeller," it might not bother normal people.
