Great taste. Food was awesome, really nice cozy place. Very nice customer service. The only dislike is that the food was warm, not hot, it seems like the plate was ready, frozen, and they just heat it up. I do not mind, but heat it up, for real, do not make it warm, but overall, good taste and nice ambient.

We have been going to Capparelli's since the 80's. Lemme tell you...this place is so worth of the name. Our food was hot, it's true to the family recipes that we have enjoyed through the years, the service was top notch and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The pizza...oh man...you need to get a pizza here...and if you happen to get one with meatball on it, you're really hitting the staples. Baby clam linguine was fantastic, the salads on point. You have to try this place.

Great service and food. I ordered the sweet tea before knowing there was peach tea and when I told the waitress I prefer peach tea she brought it to me and recommended I mix the sweet tea and peach in which I did and let me tell you it was amazing. We ordered the combo plate, spaghetti plate, and lasagna and it was very authentic!

We made reservations for 13 with the current manager. She provides excellent service. Whether in a large or small group, everything is always perfect. The food was great and we were upstairs which almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. Caparelli's is one of our favorite restaurants and will continue dining there!

A great small business just north of downtown San Antonio. Gay Caparelli owns this location and her family has been in the restaurant business for three generations. This restaurant is more upscale and has a much wider variety on the menu than the other Caparelli restaurants in San Antonio. Lots of great seafood options here. The hardest part is choosing just one entree. Suggest reservations for busy nights like Friday and Saturday. With the wife and sister in law in tow we arrived and were promptly seated at a table marked reserved. Best seat in the house in the back corner with a view of entire restaurant. They have a very extensive wine list and tonight we enjoyed a Giesen Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Salad first. Both the house and Caesar salads are excellent. They also have excellent garlic bread they bring out. For my entree I chose the Chicken basil pesto cream sauce with farfalle pasta. The chicken was tender and moist and pasta perfectly cooked. The portions are very large and we took home a lot of leftovers. My wife enjoyed the veal picatta. Very tender. Unfortunately they will be taking it off the menu due to inflation soon. Look at those fabulous, fresh sauteed vegetables. enough for a meal by themselves. My sister in law had the chicken picatta and was impressed. Very tender and juicy. She commented so many other restaurants serve dry chicken. Much love to Gay and her team. Serving great food with great service.

My wife and I were so impressed with this place. It was amazing service thanks to Abel he was on top of everything. He would bring us our drinks without us having to ask, he would check in on us at the perfect time ( what I mean by that is he would look at us before walking over to make sure he wasn’t interrupting a important conversation) he was just amazing all the way around. The food was so good that we ate all of our appetizer and meals (chefs kiss). Overall this atmosphere was very intimate and comfortable. Truly amazing through and through. We will definitely be back and we will ask for Abel again!!! Thanks Caparelli’s for that amazing experience!!!
