Food was good, but the order taker didn't pass on the word that we were sitting outside. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and then I went inside to check. Our food was there and getting cold.

This location has great costumer service, I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie C. she was very sweet and helpful, she always had a smile on and was really on point when it was time to do a task. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Good food. I've yet to find a Chick-fil-A that doesn't serve great food. Always excellent service. We stopped here in route to another location and were pleasantly surprised. Clean bathrooms were a plus especially when on a road trip.

Food is great and staff is wonderful but there's just too many problems with ordering through drive thru. From forgetting sauces to dressing for salads, it's always a gamble if they got your order correct.

We love chicken nuggets. The place was packed and crowded. No place to sit. No enough personnel in the chicken/cashier areas. Took forever to eat.

Pierre's attitude was not consistent with the Chick-fil-A ethic. It was so bad, my wife had to ask him if he was okay. He acted like I did something to him. 😞 He was not helpful at all seeing I had a large order.

The food is so great. I also love the fact that even though it was very busy schedule I'm still in very fast. The only issue I have is the price kind of spendy for what you get but at least you know the quality is going to be really good

I've been going to this Chick-fil-A for a very long time. The people here are always awesome and the service is always great! They are doing a little Reno right now but you wouldn't be able to tell because it's kept very clean!

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The place is kept very clean. I come here a lot, because I work in the mall, and I almost always see the same busser/staff. He is very nice and truly cares about the customers, offering to clean up, and goes out of his way to create the best possible customer service experience. He works very hard. Shout out to Chayne, who I'm thankful every time I come.
