Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup online and went in to pick it up. It was 2pm and not busy at all. My food was ready for pick up and I brought it back to my job to eat. The soup was delicious and I wish they offered it in bigger sizes than a cup. I ate it all in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and tasty. Highly recommend.

I stopped by after work for a quick meal to take home. The location was pretty clean, convenient downtown location from the Alamo, Riverwalk and adjacent to the Shops at River center. My server was *Sal/Saul and he was super friendly helping me understand the menu, options and just answering all of my curiosity without the "next" attitude most fast-food places have. The broccoli cheese soup was delicious, as was the chicken club, vegetable soup and apple walnut salad. Not sure what happened to the sign outside over the years but the establishment was clean and worth the visit.

This is my first time coming to this store and the customer service was phenomenal. Jennifer helped take the order on the phone then greeted us as soon as we walked in and was able to make recommendations for items/condiments that were unavailable. Excellent customer service. Excellent food. I’ll be back!
