Ihop

I ordered the chicken tenders n waffle and a piece of French toast. The tenders were over done and did not seem fresh. Could just be the breading but they were still overdone. Ihops always are way too freezing!!! You have to take a blanket in. Service was ok. Could have been better. He had a limp or something. He tried though but overall I felt like he really just didn't want to be there or really want to be bothered. He wasn't the most patient and when I told him I just needed a cpl minutes to decide what to order, he actually took btn 10 n 15 minutes to come back. I let it go though, since I was on the phone. It was very slow there and while I was waiting for him to come back, I noticed at one point, it seemed like he was on his phone for awhile. Overall though, it's ihop in the middle of the night. It is what it is. I'm also a server so I still tipped 20%.

It's my 1st time at this location. I came on a Sunday during brunch. The place was packed but was seated immediately. The tables were getting cleaned immediately, ready for the next guest. It's a family-friendly and casual atmosphere. Our server took over 4min to acknowledge us after being seated. It seemed as if she was struggling with multitasking and staying focused. The food came out hot and tasty, but it missed the mark. I didn't get poached eggs with my Benedict. I got hard-boiled eggs. Needless to say, it was a pleasant experience. Come check them out for yourself!

I just have to say hands down India (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the best part of eating at Ihop!! Omg if she is not a manager, supervisor or Lead she should be this lady was on top of it all & I mean ALL!! From waiting tables to checking out/cashing customers out to making sure ALL CUSTOMERS had their orders & in a timely fashion & did not need for anything oh & all while she was training a new employee, KUDOS INDIA KUDOS! She is amazing her soul is so kind as if you’ve know her all your life. Thank you for employing such a kind soul that gets the job done. I’ve never eaten at a restaurant where your waitress/waiter was like India. Please take the time to read my review & consider giving her a good raise as she so deserves it! I must also say once our order went in it was at our table in NO TIME! The food was delicious! THANK YOU INDIA & TY IHOP for having India on y’all’s team!!

I came to this specific IHop one particular night I couldn't sleep. It was probably around 0100. The staff was very nice and he took my order without writing my order and to my surprise everything was correct including my banana strawberry french toast. The BEST french toast I have ever had. It was a good atmosphere with some guest all enjoying themselves. I will definitely come there again on a sleepless night. THANK YOU, SleepLess in S.A.

This was a different location. Had the absolute BEST experience. The service was out of this world. Had my Carafe of coffee throughout my dinner. All you can eat $5.00 pancakes. Shared the Breakfast Sampler. So very delicious. If I have my choice, I will drive all the way over to I10 for this service. Extremely impressed.

I had a great experience here by myself with my two toddlers. We interacted with at least two waitstaff and the busser, and they were all very friendly and patient. The food was cooked well and service was timely. The chicken tenders were frankly delicious and really exceeded my expectations for a breakfast food chain. I got the cute pancake chicken and gravy mini tacos for my kids and they liked them. The location itself did mean some less than delightful characters were walking about when we went to and from our car. They didn’t bother us but I’d recommend a mom with children or woman by herself to park close to the door / out front.

Solida was our server...hope I spelled that right ....we usually avoid this IHOP because service is usually slow...haven't been there in a few months so we decided to try it out again...we sat down right away and Soleda got everything we needed. Me and my wife ordered the breakfast sampler and the NEW split decision. So we had French toast and pancakes eggs, sausage, ham, hash browns, we had it all... so that we had it all and could share together....the coffee was perfect...I like how they keep them coffee pitcher there on your table. Everything was delicious and I wish I knew the name of the cook because... compliments to the chef...eating for two average costs $40...we left a tip for the busboy who was kind to us and and a tip for the waitress...we decided we will be back again soon ...clean establishment...didnt get a chance to check the restrooms, plenty of parking...thanks so much.
