Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant

We didn't get to eat. We were sat at our table after a short 10 minute wait. Then we get sat down...place our order and then 45 minutes later a manager comes to the table to apologize for the wait...which is fine...until she lied. She lied saying that they were extremely busy, they weren't. She me ven pointed out tables that kept them overwhelmed but she was lying. I noticed all the people that were in the area already eating. There wasn't a long line of people waiting to be seated. I've seen this place much busier. I understand things happen and that orders are forgotten either by the kitchen or by the waitress herself...but don't lie to me. Especially when another 15 minutes pass by and no food. So a total of one hour wasted. We got up because there was no way i was leaving money at this place. On our way out I saw the waitress with our food and i told her we were leaving. Her attitude wasn't appreciated either. I did tell her to get me the check for the orange juice I consumed...and I waited another ten minutes and she never came back. So we left. We will never go here again.

The food from Lupe's is not your typical Tex Mex, it's better! Our server Leo was the best. He was friendly and attentive. As for the food my wife ordered the Chicken Lupe. The chicken breast was very tender and flavorful. The refried beans were delicious. They had cheese in them. She also had charro beans which she fell in love with. I ordered the Green Enchiladas, they were good. The queso flamiado was delicious.

They crafted the Platium Margaritas that I paired with my meal. Their attention to detail and mastery of mixology were evident in every sip. Their enthusiasm and passion for customer service were truly commendable and made my visit even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience.
