Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Let me start by saying service was excellent! Our server was friendly and quick and professional. The food was good although I do miss the “old” Red Robin. It’s been a couple years but I remember the burger being bigger, larger menu and your food served in those red baskets. I know restaurants have to change to keep up with the times but I miss the old version of Red Robin. The only thing negative about this location for me was the inside of this restaurant. It’s desperate for a face lift. It’s just very run down and not in a good way. The women’s bathroom was gross and smelled funky. They had candles burning nearby which makes me think it was because of the bathroom. You can tell there’s just years of usage and not upkeep. Rust spots on the bathroom door with dirty grout. The whole restaurant didn’t seem clean to me, with food and paper on the ground etc. I love me some Red Robin but don’t think I’ll be back to this spot. Not to give it a bad review but they just need to update this location asap and make it look better.

I came with my daughter. She had a birthday reward she wanted to redeem. It was a little busy so we decided to get our food to go. The wait was about 20 minutes, but we had great company with Jason and James. Wonderful guys with great customer service. It is a very inviting atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I would definitely recommend dining in. The food is spectacular. I got the Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich and my daughter the Impossible Burger. 😋

Was invited for nephew's birthday dinner. Not much to choose from, was hoping for a soup but was no longer available. Music was awesome selection and server was friendly. Didn't get everyone's food image cuz they were my in laws. Sweet potato fries were good but not warm prolly cuz I shared a kids meal with my daughter. Chicken strips ok and pineapple juice options was great.

Justin at the bar is pretty impressive. He makes a mean margarita on the rocks! He's super attentive and makes sure your food comes out just right. I love to get my burgers on a lettuce bun. Makes me feel a little less guilty ha! My husband gets the monster burger and it's exactly that! A MONSTER. The food here is always hot and fresh and the garlic fries are our favorite. We also tried the pretzel bites for the first time. They were perfectly salty and the beer cheese was a perfect pairing.

Went in as a party of 6, although the restaurant was on the busy side, I felt like the response time for taking drink orders and returning with drink orders could have been quicker. The food had been prepared perfectly. I enjoyed the spicy scorpion burger (pictured). Would recommend their freckled lemonade as the bottomless beverage (and fries) adds to the experience of Red Robin.

It was my first time going to Red Robin and it did not disappoint. The food was awesome, the atmosphere was awesome, and the waitress was awesome, supper friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up for the service we received. The burgers were extremely good and the steak fries and the sweet potato fries were top notch. The campfire sauce was excellent for dipping the fries into instead of ketchup. The fountain drinks were excellent and the strawberry lemonade is a must have. Will definitely be going back to try other items as the menu is extensive. Special props to the waitress, she went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly as well. Awesome experience.
