Maybe the bad reviews are of former issues, because we went here twice over 4 days while on vacation, and excellent service, quality, and staff. Zero complaints. Came at a not busy time and what was a very busy time, and they were on top of both situations.

Great Cold Stone location. We've been going for years and love to pick up chocolate covered apples from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory part of it. We take those to-go and enjoy movie and treat at home. We also remember to pick up a few white chocolate dog treats. Our furry kids love them! The ice cream is awesome too. Definitely recommend!
