Whataburger

I just visited this location just now. And I have to say that there's a young man there his name was Travis, that even though I was just there with a friend, and we were there to talk, he came and offered service and was very, very pleasant to work with. He appreciated our business. Whataburger needs more employees like that. But just wanted to single out, Travis. He's a good man, whataburger is lucky to have him.

I live in Cibolo and visited this Whataburger today and that was a great decision. They genuinely welcome you upon walking in. My mom had a junior double cheese burger and she loved it and she has been looking for a quality burger and it’s hard to find these days. The bun was fresh and soft, the meat was juicy and hot. I had chicken strips and they were piping hot! Great food and great experience. Also the entire restaurant even the restrooms were spotless. Very impressed!

Greeted right away, food came out quickly. The BLT had fresh ingredients, especially the Texas toast. The 🍌 shake was good, exactly what I was expecting. They were quick to clean tables and floors right after guests left. I could tell the whole place was brightly lit and very clean. Very friendly customer service.

I so enjoy coming to this location because Our server Janice is always so sweet, kind, very helpful, and very efficient. From the moment we walk in she's already receiving us with the door open and ready to take our order and get it to us as quickly as possible. All Whataburgers should have someone like this ready to go at the extra mile for the sake of outstanding customer service. I love it!!
