My daughter and I have been going here for 8 years and it's still one of our favorite Starbucks to go to. Customer service is great, it's quiet, and has other places near by to shop and eat at.

Usually, they are timely with mobile orders with no issues of how or when it's made or packed. My suggestion is to not pack an iced pastry in the same bag as a hot breakfast. The icing was melted off of the petite vanilla scones when we got them.

I would like to post a review for the great customer service that we received at this location today. Amanda and Baruit went over and beyond to make us feel the great customer service we are always used to at any Starbucks. Their dedication and great personalities can make any customer want to come back and buy coffee at this place. Thank you both for that lil something in this holiday season. Glad there are great people like you at this establishment

My FAVORITE starbucks! They have my drink ready before I even walk in🥰 I love my morning coffee runs because I get to see these wonderful people! They truly make my morning a little brighter! I’ve never had a bad experience and I go here every day😅 I’m always greeted with a smile. Best starbucks, ever!💖

This Starbucks store has the best customer service. I have never had any issues with special order drinks or long waits on a short break time. This is also the cleanest Starbucks I've ever visited, the employees here are great.

The barista was great and gave me information about a new drink they were releasing the following week that would make my normal order even better. The order was ready when I arrived to pick it up and the food was warm and fresh.

I've been coming to this Starbucks since 1997, and it just keeps getting better. The staff makes an effort to get to know everyone and takes great care of their regulars and new customers alike. Even at their busiest it's much faster than the drive-thru location on the other side of 1604.

This is my favorite Starbucks in San Antonio - no contest. The staff is consistently amazing, attentive, and have become like a second family to me. Stephen is my favorite barista. He makes the best drinks and always puts a smile on my face. Thanks Northwoods Starbucks!!! :) :) :)
