Kona Grill - San Antonio At North Star

Ramon served me during happy hour and it was the best service I have gotten anywhere in San Antonio, and I’ve lived here my entire life! Super attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable!! Definitely recommending them as a server to all my friends and family! Food and drinks were great, love a good sake bomb!

Haven't been here in a long time, but it was still a nice place to go. Luckily we got there during Lunch Special time. The prices have skyrocketed since the last time I was there. I had the American Cheeseburger for the first time and it was really good. I'd definitely go back during the lunch special pricing to get that Cheeseburger! My wife got a California roll and ate one piece because it "tasted funny". She shared my cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

We went for happy hour and tried the kona sliders, half bbq chicken flatbread, ribeye meatballs, crab crunch roll and the spicy shrimp tempura. We also had a strawberry and a blue curaçao margarita that were great! The service was good, the portions were good considering the happy hour prices. The shrimp tempura’s sauce was a bit too citrusy/sour for my liking, but otherwise we enjoyed everything, the flatbread being our favorite! We paid $55 (before tip) for everything. Would definitely visit again!
