Sarikas's Thai And Sushi

We ordered lunch specials with chicken fried rice and cashew chicken- great food for a super reasonable lunch price. Came with a small hot and sour soup that was delicious. And quick service from just one guy serving and bussing the whole restaurant, which was very impressive. We will be back more often!

First visit: Stumbled upon this gem of an Asian gem driving around Boerne. Thai is my daughter's and my favorite cuisine, so take this over-hyped review with that grain of salt. An older staff member greeted us warmly and seated us right away. The female server however, tended to 2 other tables (who arrived after us) before getting to us. On arriving at our table, she was sporting a scowl and had the personality of lettuce. Fortunately, the food came quickly and made up for that sour puss of hers. Esposa, daughter, and I each had something different. Everything was super fresh, piping hot, super tasty, and spiced just right. Certainly amongst if not the best Thai food we've ever had. Daughter's Thai iced tea was "dank...best I've had". My hot pot seafood was stellar. Limited wine menu offers a good array. Prices are reasonable. Ambiance is nice. Second visit: Back for second visit in as many weeks. This time, the service was much friendlier. Wifey got red curry with chicken and I the green with beef. Spicier than last time, perhaps a 6 on a 10 scale. Enough to make you sniffle, say "Damn this is hot!", take a sip to quench, then dive back in for more pleasure mixed with pain. Incredibly good. It's like crack for the gastrointestinal tract!
