I am sorry to say I can't eat this. I am not sure why it was placed in my order when it obviously is not edible. Also, I received no condiments that I ordered and there was no cheese on my chili cheese tots.

Pretty much what I expected from a Sonic
Friendly, easy to understand on the intercom speaker, not a long wait. It took a free extra minute for them to finish brewing tea but it was definitely fresh. The kiosk credit card things seemed to be working well at this location

At this Sonic Drive In the food is always prepared quickly, neatly, fresh, and made to order. The facilities are always clean , paired with an ease of access. The customer service is superior while always being topped with genuine smiles and compliments. Other fast food locations and diners should take a note from this Sonic Drive In

Ordered 2 drinks. Waited 15 minutes, saw the one employee working the shift come out twice with other orders, so about one order getting processed and delivered every 7 minutes or so. Can't afford to sit and wait for 40 minutes for a frozen limeade, so I left. Love Sonic but they can't be Sonic on a skeleton crew.

Worst Sonic ever and have given it many opportunities, but today was the last. Went there and ordered the new sour patch cream slush. The ice cream was like dairy creamer, it was completely liquid. I gave the server a strange look after looking at them, his response was “it’s the best we can do with a broken ice cream machine”. Well how about you stop trying to make them and just tell your customers that you can’t make any ice cream. Always disappointed when leaving there and won’t do it again!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos, and I got a cheeseburger with jalapenos. There was no lettuce or tomato, I asked for pickles and onions, I got two pickles. One of the most aggravating aspects of ordering food to go is the order is rarely correct. So rarely correct that I have gotten numerous free meals due to their incompetence. Sometimes I think it's on purpose, and they like to screw with the customers. I no longer leave the window until I open everything I ordered to be sure it's correct. Fortunately, I did that this time and they brought me some bacon, but no lettuce or tomato.

This sonic is frustrating. They seem to always be out of something or they get my order wrong. This isn’t such an issue when I’m person because you can ask them to fix it but if you are having sonic from this location sent to you via Favor, it’s as if they know and don’t care.
At least 1 out of every 3 orders I make are incorrect and I’m not a picky person but this starts to get annoying.

Completely raw, it's just breaded raw chicken and I ate like half of the sandwich. Manager didn't look very concerned.
