We went through the drive-thru but through the window before we pick up you could see the floor was dirty and it was all wet.
The food bowls were good and had plenty in them, but they need some type of dressing like maybe avocado dressing....
You can barely tell that the place is open at night because it's really hard to see because the large sign is not lit up and the drive-thru is not lit up until you get to where you order.

Just recently started going here for their street corn double chicken salad. Surprisingly, it is so delicious! Definitely recommend their salad. Don't know about the rest of the menu as I have yet to try anything else.

The food seems healthy and clean, eating, as opposed to some of the fast food restaurants that are way down with excessive calories to make them taste better

Our favorite place to get chicken! Tender and delicious! They have great sides as well and churros are a great way to end dinner or lunch! They also have salads with avocado and chicken, I loved it! They also have chicken bowls and birria. I have not tasted the birria yet. Their salsas are amazing! I highly recommend the avocado salsa and corn tortillas are definitely my choice over the flour.

For what it was a fast food joint that you can tortilla soup was above average however didn't meet my standards for chicken tortilla soup.

i go to this el pollo loco around 2-3 times a week. i love this place because it’s very close to my house, is consistent, and i never have to wait very long for my chicken avocado burrito. the ladies at the drive thru are always kind and never seem annoyed when i get there right at opening or 30 minutes before they close. i just want to say that whoever made my burrito tonight, man they really hooked it up. absolutely bussing. thank you for feeding me.
