Wendy's

Ordered delivery today and paid for food plus driver. Was delivered the wrong order. Called the store and they told me the only way to fix it was to come pick it up. My husband went to pick up the correct order and they gave him the wrong order again. This store does not pay attention to details….do not order delivery!!!!

Not only was the drive thru wait 20 minutes with just one car in front of us, the curative service of the person working the window was terrible. After trying to request order for another 10 minutes we left. Would not recommend if in a hurry or looking for good service! Staff has no manners, rude and shouldn’t be in this line of work! Window staff should be nicer!

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side of apples. I didn’t open my bag till I was 10 minutes down the road. I wanted to snack on the Apple slices. When I pulled it out of the bag I was shocked to see how dirty/moldy the container was! I didn’t even open my sandwich. I had to stop somewhere else to get lunch. I tried calling to let them know but no answer.

We seldom visit this side of town. This Wendy's is probably rhe worst we've been to. We only got 3 nuggets in both of my kids' kid's meal and again, only 3 in a separate order of nuggets. We also had to ask twice for our sauces. Additionally, we got our drinks with ice after asking for them without. There was a line to go back around and get the order fixed, so we left. Lesson learned. DON'T visit this location.

Ordered 2- 4 for $4 meals through the drive thru and was given a total of $18, she charged us for large when we said we want regular size. We then downgraded the order before paying and was given a total of $14. I then went inside and ordered 2- 4 for $4 meals and was quoted a total of $8. I asked the manager that was working the drive thru why I was charged different prices through their drive through. She never came out of the drive thru area and never addressed me. I went to Burger King across the street and had a nice Whopper.
