Jimmy John's

On Saturday I was counting on Jimmy John's to feed my grandson lunch but found out since the last time I ordered they'd redesigned their delivery routes. I called several times trying to coax, bribe, convince them to break the rule just this once. Nope! This manager ain't going to ever jeopardize her career with this franchise. Period! Did you notice the 5 5 and 5 star review? Read on please.... When I swung by today running my Sharpening route I announced to the manager that I was the hound dog from Saturday and ordered my Little John Vito, chips and soda. Paid my ticket and left all friends with the manager and staff.......and then, 2 full size Vitos. They were delicious, as always, She meant the second one for my Grandson and he got it. Thanks to y'all at Bandera Road and 1604. We'll done Ms Management Lady. Hello Sharpness Texas is your customers for life. God bless you guys and Jimmy John's delicious sandwiches.

They always do a great job and I love their subs but today so impressed with this lady. She said the delivery driver quit so I would have to pick up my (very close by) order. I ran in and I’m not sure what happened but she was the ONLY one working and still getting out orders. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts. Acknowledging everyone that walked in and dealing with my catering order could not be easy.

I have been a loyal customer of Jimmy John's since 2012, and I have eaten sandwiches across many states. I have never had a bad experience. I always order the same thing, #6 veggie with onions, jimmy peppers, and oregano along with a side of salt and vinegar chips. At any location, the order is super fast and I know what I'm getting -- a really tastey and filling sandwich. I went inside the store to order (normally I get delivery) and it was kind of messy. It seems like they weren't expecting a customer to walk in. Great service but not a great ambience at this particular location. I decided to take my order to go.

Great sandwiches and service, but I have to ask, did the price of cheese go up along with gas? They charge $2.25 for two pieces of cheese on a sub when most of the other sandwich shops don't charge for cheese. I haven't been to JJ's in a while and don't remember them charging for cheese. I'll bring my own next time and save money.

I have never gotten a bad sandwich here. Do you that you can ask for all the freebies added to your sandwich and pick the ones you don't want? I not a fan of mustard and they have 2 kinds plain and dijon. The staff are always friendly and the wait is never long. The place is clean and even the bathroom.
