My family and I went to tour an apartment at the Can Plant and leasing agent Jalen Johnson assisted us. He was so awesome!! Jalen was very kind, professional and patient. He provided us with all the information we needed and answered every question we had. We never felt rushed or as if we were a bother. We had toured several different apartment communities that day, and unfortunately had a bad experience at one of them. The Can Plant was our last stop of the day and I am so glad that we encountered Jalen. His superior customer service turned our day into a great one! I feel that he should be recognized for this.

Single, new to San Antonio, and looking for a place within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and close to downtown, and the airport. Went on a Saturday and and met Jalen for my Can Plant tour. His attitude and customer service was exemplary. Knowledgeable, efficient, and after a few quick questions, I had a great idea of the unit, amenities, price, and availability of the my selection. My experience with The Can Plant started well before I officially moved into the community! I knew that I want to be at the Pearl, after having visited many times prior to my move up to DC. So, when I had the opportunity to come back to San Antonio, I knew where I wanted to live. I’m thankful that I ended up with this community, as they were extremely helpful with my search, given I was not in the area to tour the facility. The assistant Manager, DeNae was whom I had communication with, and she was as helpful as one could be. She took the time to go to different units, and take video as to help me make a more informed decision, before settling on my choice. The staff in general are all helpful, but DeNae has always been available when I needed something, especially when it came to adding to my lease. The Pearl community, and where the Can Plant is situated is in my opinion, perfect. There are so many amazing restaurants, and shops around, and downtown is a nice 25 minute walk along the Riverwalk away! You can’t go wrong with either the Pearl area, or the Can Plant, and I’m extremely thrilled to be able to call this area home!

I lived here in 2019 & when the pandemic happened, I moved. Everything was closed, & I was working a lot in the medical center. Within months, I regretted it. The last apt I lived in was a luxury high rise in the medical center & they would literally call almost everyday and made everything overly difficult. I really couldn’t stand it anymore. I just moved back to The Can Plant & couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love the apartment I am in now! It may be my fave I’ve ever lived in! You will never find a staff like the one at The Can Plant! They are the perfect amount of active but not invasive & bothersome. The apartment is like a luxury apt without the uptight feel. It’s downtown and it feels like home. The leasing agents at The Can Plant are always polite & there to answer any questions & when you need them. Maintenance handles issues quickly & is polite and calm with my fur babies.

The location is great, near everything. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The river walk is super close. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance guy Steve is great. The noise levels are not bad considering your are living in the city. The building is safe and secure. There is a fitness center. They have a lounge that has wifi and a great coffee machine. This is the perfect place if you work from home. You have covered parking. They offer storage on site. The building is pet friendly and there is no size restrictions. This is a great place to call home.

My husband and I stopped on a whim to check out these apartments since I was in town on a job interview. Robert Paiz helped us tremendously and explained all the different price points and showed us a lovely 1 bed option that had a great, very spacious layout. What really impressed me is that Robert then emailed the same day to follow up and give me a lot of helpful additional details. I’m not ready to move yet, but would definitely consider these beautiful apartments for the great location and amenities.
