I went this afternoon to Pollo Loco, and David, was very friendly, good service.

Before the day ends my wife and i want to take the time to thank marissa helped us out today treated us nicely and with respect ,Had a little deception in the price that whent up but cashier marrisa explained everything and sure was worthit chicken was great thighs fresh and delicious nice staff.

Love this place now,don’t know but at first when we first move to San Antonio 5 yrs ago it was not the same,now the workers here treat you nice and with patient when ordering.There so nice and friendly

Marisa, David and Yamila the morning team are all very helpful and courteous. I always go at least twice a week to get my pollo asado. Service is always quick and the staff are very nice. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
