Domino's Pizza

Worst management ever,pizza was sent with no cheese and burned. Called to talk to manager James who has no last name and he would not get on the phone and had two of his employees get on phone instead which he told to hang up on me. Went to the store to try and find out why they would send out a burnt pizza with no cheese on it and then refuse to fix it. Spend money elsewhere. This location if it can't get better management needs to shut down. Told me if I had a complaint I needed to go online and report it. What good is paying a manager. James needs to go back to Mc Donald's where he got his experience from and flip burgers or run the fryer.

No, no, no. This is not a product you pay for. I'm done with this location. I don't normally do reviews. However, this is the fourth consecutive time something has been wrong with one of the pizzas I ordered. A customer should never have to settle for "hope" when receiving something they pay for is correct. The pizza literally looked as if a grade schooler was learning to prepare pizza. Most of the ingredients was concentrated on one third of the pizza. It was overcooked. The sauce was almost nonexistent. They didn't take the time to cut the pizza... Who doesn't at least CUT the pizza for heaven sake. Geez! I'm so done with this location. I'm sure they will get relatives and others to put in positive reviews to counter this one. Nevertheless, heed my warning, order pizza from this location at your own risk. The pizza was ordered yesterday evening. 6/14/2021

The food here is pretty good, and the prices aren't bad. However, this evening when I checked my pizza, I found that although the receipt was correct, two toppings were left off the pizza. Rather than offering a discount for their mistake, they offered to remake it. Really? Didn't feel like waiting around another 15 minutes so I just took it. A bit disappointing

1st time caller. Called and had to listen to their now hiring add plus the “manager special” of 20% off order. I was excited to get 20% off! Got my receipt and no 20% off. Asked employee about it and he told me I had to ask for it! I called again and listened - nothing said about “asking” for it. Very disappointed in their round about. Won’t be ordering from them again - 1st & last.

Our chicken habanero sandwich (with LIGHT jalapenos) was more like chicken and pineapple on toast. Not one jalapeno in sight and not a drop of habanero sauce. Meanwhile my 4yr old's bacon and tomato chicken got doused in habanero sauce & we had to wash it off in the sink. The spinach & feta bread wasn't cooked all the way and the dough was sloppily folded and uncut that we had to cut it ourselves and the top wasn't aligned with the bottom, so the spinach & feta just spilled out. Very disappointing.

The food is good but there is always something with my orders. Today was the 4th time they didn’t give the sauces that were included with the order. Got home and opened this 16 piece chicken to find these tiny pieces. I paid $10 for 16 tiny pieces. I could have gone next door to sonic and gotten better popcorn chicken for cheaper. Sometimes they give me garlic knots instead of cinnamon twists and vice versa. One time an employee argued with me about the sauces that I paid for but he refused to give them. A teenager literally argued with me about giving me sauces that came with the order and I had to go inside and talk to whoever was in charge. Anyway, I just feel like if they paid a little attention to the orders then everything would be fine. The food is usually good. Sometimes flatbread pizza is overdone but they are good about fixing it. Just please, please get someone to manage these teenage kids working so people get good service.
