Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I've always loved potbelly since I first discovered it in Washington DC maybe 20 years ago. I love the fact that you can get their sandwiches skinny/thin cut to where they're not overloaded with bread. I also love that they use the best pickle you can find in the south. The pickle comes from Chicago pickle company and taste as close to a barrel pickle as you can find. This experience was great and I ordered over the phone, showed up in person and paid while they made my order. The manager seems a little bit too overzealous and two exuberant trying to make sure that everything was okay when I just wanted a low-key experience. Potbelly is good for consistent sandwich consistently good service and a good experience.

This was our first visit to the potbelly sandwich shop. We went inside to eat. We were greeted and welcomed in by very friendly staff. The menu board is posted in several locations and is pretty straightforward. Some sandwiches come with several types of meat. We chose to exchange one meat we did not care for one we did like. They were very accommodating and pleasant. The seating area was not very clean,with remnants of previous customers still on the tables. This was surprising because it was not very busy at the time. The sandwiches were very tasty, and you chose what condiments you want. The sandwiches were toasted . I would have chosen not to have it toasted had I been aware of this. It was warm, and the melted cheese was a good thing. It made the bread a little too dry for me. I would go back again in the future and recommend giving them a try.
