Ms.Janis is such a wonderful human being that needs a raise and payed vacation 🥹💕 She was constantly checking on the dine in customers making sure they were okay and their drinks were filled . She even gave the kids stickers just to make them smile ! She’s awesome god bless her ❤️

Fast and good food. Just wished they would get my order right. Asked for sauce and they didn't give me any, always check the bag.

Great customer service. Noticed management made sure their outdoor order takers would change shifts to avoid heat exhaustion. They always give my pup a treat! 🥰

I'm just upset about my order. I ordered a spicy chicken wrapped in lettuce and no pickle. Also had a free ice cream cone, and the lady scanned the QR code. The spicy chicken wasn't wrapped in lettuce, and she didn't add my ice cream cone. Bt the workers are nice and welcoming.

If every fast food restaurant would take a page out of CFA's customer service book, they'd have really happy customers.

I always come to this chick-fil-a because they are always so nice. This visit was diffirent, ran out of gas while I was in line at the drive thru. I was so embarrassed (this had never happened to me), but the chick-fil-a team was nice enough to calm me down and push my car out of the way. They really do go above and beyond 💜

The food came out hot, crispy, and so juicy the meat was glistening. I don't know if it was the peanut oil (I'm allergic) or the love I feel for God after eating Chick-fil-A that made my heart skip a beat. The fries were fresh and salted perfectly. I know I have the newly graduated class of 2023 to thank for that since they're giving it their all at their first job🥳
