I want to give special thanks and attention to the District Manager and General Manager @ Popeye's at this location at 4535 Rittman Rd for having excellent outstanding customer service recognition to Steven and his dedicated crew! Steven & his crew work really hard! Quick fast staff filling orders, polite to each other & assisting each other. Steven politely asking certain chicken request to making sure chicken 🐔 almost ready, biscuits, red beans and rice etc. I was in the area decided to stop here picking up 6 delicious fresh tasty biscuits Popeyes always has available. I am addicted to these biscuits, seriously! I want to thank Steven & his dedicated crew on their work performance and their excellent customer service 👏 Take care. Stay safe. 🐔🙏🏻CGR

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION! Always happy with Popeyes food. Their chicken is always consistent and has great flavor. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the best out there, too. I knocked a couple of stars off of service for this location because about 50% of the time, they are getting the order wrong. For example, we ordered 2 of the 3 piece combos. Both dark and spicy. Got 2 mixed 3 pieces and regular. I went another time and asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. I got pickles. Not like we were asking for complicated changes to the orders, but still get them wrong.
