I almost always get beef, but today I got turkey instead because of the sign outside that said, "Best Turkey in Texas". You got me! It was so dry and tasteless! Never again. I guess you really can't believe all you read! And yes, I had gravy on it.

I ordered a 15 piece family meal of the fried chicken. Chicken pieces were huge and juicy. Not dry at all. Fried were good and so was the bread. One of our favorite places for fried chicken.

I love their Sweet Tea. That's the main reason I always come back. I always get it with the 3 piece chicken meal. It's gotten more expensive since COVID. But I still love the food. So I come when I can.

My son had the chopped beef sandwich combo. I had the Rancher plate. We had to share the meat since I got more than enough.
The brisket unfortunately had a lot of fat, so this one meat wasn't enough but the rest was great! I've always liked Bill Miller BBQ and will definitely return.

A San Antonio staple, it's a good choice for BBQ on the run. Be patient, cuz this is a popular location. They keep running out of chicken, so yeah 🤷🏽

This Bill Miller’s is clean and has a good amount of space between table. My teenage loves the chicken tender plate here. The service is quick and the employees are friendly. This location is the Bill Miller’s I frequent the most.

Stopped by Bill Miller's for lunch on a Monday. The staff was super friendly. Everyone was ordering the fried chicken combo so I had to try it and it was delicious!

Food was great it would have been so much better If it was still hot it was hot when the lady put in on the plate but the wait to pay was ridiculous Bill Miller's needs to work out a Togo register instead of allowing people to just walk up in the front of the line
