Really loved the cake! They were affordable, easy to communicate with, and very nice. I had a set date and time to pick up the cake, unfortunately our event time was changed and I was worried the cake wouldn’t be ready in time. I let them know the situation and they reassured me that I it would be ready before the event. As for the cake the design was exactly what I asked for, the flavor was delicious ( vanilla) so was our pineapple filling. I’m not too keen on sweet frostings but it had a good balance that didn’t over power the dessert.

So happy I found The Exclusive Cake Shop for my daughter's special day. The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive to my request for a custom cake. My daughter loved her cake and said it was delicious! I highly recommend The Exclusive Cake Shop to anyone looking for a custom cake--you won't be disappointed!

The Exclusive Cake Shop was delicious. 😋 I will definitely be ordering from them again. I ordered two dozen cupcakes and they made sure that not all the cupcakes were the same. They gave me a good variety so we could taste all of them. 😉 I felt like I got my money's worth. And their boxes are super cute for any occasion. 😍 My favorite thing is you can order them in a variety of sizes. You don't have to be like me and get two dozen. You can order 16, 12, 6, or just 4. 🫶🏼

One of the best Cake shops in SA, from placing my order during the pandemic, to having to post-pone and reschedule my order, they truely are understanding and helpful. Mostly, they hold true to making sure your order is secured and will not just run with your money... I really didn't know what to expect with ordering online and with details sent vial email and a few phone calls, But... they absolutely blew me away with the detail to attention and skill in the cake, to the flavor of the cake, one of the best fondants texture I have tried- not hard at all, and fondant flavor was excellent, the cake moistness and my cupcakes were all more than expected. The boxing of the cake was all done well and from the hour long car ride it held up and never got damaged. This cake was for my mothers birthday but My 4 year old niece loved the cupcakes and cake and she kept eating cupcakes like crazy, and my mom loved her bird cake and the details, everyone in my family loved, loved it!! We order many cakes from different places and people and my entire family was really impressed with this one and the price was well worth it and resonable... I will never order from anywhere else, and I have my family ordering from here too, this place is legit and whoever is baking and creating is doing a wonderful job!! Keep being great!!

The absolute best wedding cake ever - as verified by more than 120 people at my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. I had several people throughout the night ask me who made the cake. It was a gorgeous design and was exactly what the couple wanted. They also worked well with the florist since she was adding a fresh floral arrangement to the top. They told us what to do to preserve the top layer for their 1-year anniversary so my daughter and her husband will get to indulge again a year from now!

We ordered this beautiful amazing cake from uber eats at 3:45pm on June 11th and was delivered perfect at 4:10pm. This is one of their daily cakes they offer. The cake was vanilla with strawberry filling. It arrived in a beautiful box. The cake was super mosist with such flavor. The icing was perfect and not too sweet. This cake tastes so fresh. The guests all requested another slice to go. Thank you so much for making a last minute cake order so perfect. I will be ordering from The Exclusive Cake Shop in the future.

This shop saved the day! I had a custom cake ordered for my wife’s birthday/Easter at another cake shop, but they cancelled the order 2 days before the event. I called 4-5 other stores asking if they’d be able to make the same cake (with little hope), and none were able to help because they needed 1-2 weeks notice. Called Exclusive Cake Shop and they said “sure, no problem!” I texted them the design and they got back with me promptly with pricing and pickup date. They were able to make the exact design I requested in 2 days and it turned out fantastic! It was a little pricier b/c of the quick turn around time, but it was definitely worth it, and they made my wife’s birthday a big success. Will certainly use them again in the future!
