Chipoltle Mexican Grill

It seems like I catch this place super busy every time I come here. This evening was no different. I had to wait in line while the young man at the register talked to what happened to be class mates or friends of some sort. I don't have an issue with spending a minute with your customer but pulling out your phone and showing pictures while 10 people are in line is a little unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty so people that wanted to eat in had to wipe down a table themselves just to be able to do so. The food is always pretty good so no knock there. I understand that good help is hard to find but getting things cleaned up and sped up is a manager's job. I believe that the manager was just busy trying to be the cook and not the boss.

Great food, but I really wish the teens working here would wear hair nets - lots of fluffy do's untamed. Also, making a burrito & then writing with a marker on the order & then making the next person's food with the same gloves on isn't sanitary. The cashier should be the only one handling the pen; just basic food handling permit stuff. Final note: the dining area isn't very accessible for people with disabilities. Or for people with sensory sensitivities (too loud & bright). But the food is always legit.

For real thou, why is it okay for customers to get in the employee's face for things out of her control?! In my opinion I thought the customer was rude and way out of line. So they don't have what you want...there are like 5 other places in the same strip of businesses. Move on! Anyway...my lunch was awesome and the customer service was great!

This one of the smallest Chipotles I've ever been to, but it gets just as crowded as any other location. I've never actually stayed to eat - I always take my food to go. Even when it's busy they get through the line pretty quickly and I very much appreciate that. The staff here are always very nice. As for food I love the carnitas in a burrito or burrito bowl.

I come here to get a burrito bowl every now and then. Every time I come I’m greeted kindly and they always give a nice portion of everything I ask for. The food is always fresh, delicious and seasoned well. The place looks clean unless it gets absolutely packed then there is food everywhere at the serving station. 😂 This spot is conveniently located right by an in-n-out burger, a Panera bread and target. Atmosphere: A+ Food: A+ Customer Service: A+ Cleanliness: A+ Location: A+
