Taco Cabana

I found this place to be slightly better than the location on San Pedro - it wasn't as cramped and it was relatively quiet. I did eat lunch late today though (after 1 pm). The staff was good but not as friendly as the usual location is (McCreless area). As for the food, I loved the spice they put on the chicken but the bowl seemed smaller - still was good though!!

Visited with my family, had a margarita and some guac. Kevin was the shift leader and showed great courtesy. Even with many guests coming through the restaurant he had patience, delivered our food outside& turned the lights on for us! We love this location as it's close to home, always quiet and clean. We appreciate all the staff, service is fast and friendly.

Went in a rush hour after waiting a little longer for our food it was worth it. We place a second order but we were missing the chips and queso. After calling the manager Melany took care of me very politely and she was great. Went there and she took a moment to speak with us. Nice to know about awesome management taking good care of us. Food was warm and delicious btw the mix fajita bowl was delicious!

I've always loved Taco Cabana! Tonight at the West & Blanco location, I placed my regular order of "bean & cheese nachos with lettuce, tomatoes & guac". I was treated with the most polite employee. I wish I could remember his name, but when you stop by, you will see & experience it for yourself. That's always a treat, since good customer service is far & few between!!

Great Job Drive Thru Cashier/Food Prep 👍👍👍Ordered dinner from the drive thru and was asked to pull up to the window... As I was waiting I watched the young man/cashier carefully prepare the meal with gloves ( 👍 ) after he handed me my meal he pulled his gloves off to collect the cash. Great food handling 😆. Unfortunately I have even seen managers keep there gloves on while handling cash and turn around and handle food with that same pair of gloves yuck!!! Oh and the meal was great.

This place is usually great. We usually go there twice a month and receive great and friendly service. Although the last time we went we tried to use the coupon. The way that they charged us was strange and didn't receive what the coupon advertised. When my husband tried to dispute it the female manager ended up yelling at my husband as he walked away. He didn't deserve to be yelled at, he was calm when he was disputing the charge. In my opinion NO manager should yell at the customer in any circumstance.
