Subway

Came with my son & been waiting since 9:00pm and it’s already 9:40pm rn and they close @10pm so the fact no one come out to help us and when I yelled a couple times no one came out and they had a customer eating in the waiting room and nothing and more ppl are coming in and no one’s helping them behind the counter SO EDITED ‼️‼️‼️ So from 9pm -10pm We stayed till someone locked the door cause we petty well thankgod we stayed cause no one came to the door so we went next door to the bar and got some help to see where the subway worker at and me and my best friend and my 4 year old son went to the back to see if they are in the office and we heard something mumbling on the freezer and the little girl who looked like a teenager was LOCKED IN THE FREEZER SINCE 9pm !!!! . At the same time her ride ( mom, sister ) came in and took over but the employee looked scared and her arms were RED and her fingers and lips were different color . SUBWAY DO BETTER !! 2 or 3 ppl working at night shift !!

The service from the staff was 5 stars. I deducted 1 star due to how little chicken I got. My sandwich looked nothing like the spicy buffalo chicken I saw in the commercial. Let me guess, the commercial uses double meat...and mine didn't. Shame on me for not knowing?! I ate the entire sandwich so not complaining too much (just 1 star's worth).
