Firehouse Subs

The Firehouse Subs staff, especially the night crew on Wednesday, the 11th, 2023, deserves commendation. Their professionalism, hardworking attitude, and welcoming personalities made my visit truly enjoyable. The dedication of the night crew was evident, and their warm hospitality added a special touch to the dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service!

I got to Firehouse on Bandera & 1604 only to realize I didn’t have my wallet. I called my wife to have her call the order in and pay over the phone. They couldn’t accept over the phone payments. The manager on duty, I really wish I had gotten his name, was willing to let me have the sandwiches without payment as long as I brought the payment the next day. It wasn’t necessary… my wife sent me her card information and I paid manually. Special thanks to the manager and a very friendly staff. Oh, and the sandwiches were awesome too!

This is the best Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. The staff were amazing! Each one of them went out of their way to welcome us, take our orders, answer questions, and all with smiles and amazing attitudes. There was one employee in particular who stood out. His name is Edgar. Edgar held the door open for a family who had a newborn baby, he calmly supported his coworkers and made us some great sandwiches. It isn't the food or the products that keep people going back to places, it's the team of amazing employees like those at this Firehouse Subs that makes you want to return and experience it again. Thank you.
