Starbucks

Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped my mom and I this morning at 6:30am 2/1/22- my mother has just been diagnosed with wheat and dairy allergy and I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy allergy.. we used to love Starbucks until we realized we couldn’t hardly order anything *yummy* without dairy or gluten. The last time we tried to get Starbucks at the one near our house they had to remake our drinks 3 times and I watched the lady pour dairy milk into my drink and she argued with me that she didn’t and I ended up leaving frustrated and on the verge of tears that someone could be so insensitive. ANYWAY.. these two gentlemen at this location were so sweet to check every ingredient and helped us formulate drinks that were yummy without dairy or gluten! We are so thankful for them and their patience! They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. And my mother and I are both feeling well after drinking our drinks which is a huge win for us! If you are their manager reading this they deserve recognition for outstanding customer service!

I used to work in the shopping center so of course I'd always stop by, and when I'm in the area this is the location I love to visit. They are friendly and hard working and I always love my order! The staff here deserves the best, they are always giving their best service even to customers who don't deserve it.

Came here just two days on the 26th, and hope to come back again soon. I ordered ahead online as this location does not have a drive-thru, and the pick up was very smooth and easy. In particular I was greeted and helped by a very friendly employee who said their name was "B", although I am unsure of the spelling. "B" was very kind and helpful, asking me if there was anything I wished to change on my order, and was glad to help answer the questions I had. I hope "B" gets the recognition she deserves as an amazing employee!
