This mall is doing everything to stay open. It's not the best or busiest mall, but I absolutely appreciate the planned events on some weekends. Good open space for mall walking.

Great place and unique shops! It’s semi empty, but the diversity of shops makes up for it. We had a blast. Besides the fact that they only have one working elevator to get to the second floor. And no escalators….it’s great. I’ve lived in SA most of my life and this was my first time here. We will definitely be back for Christmas shopping.

This mall is the quietest I’ve been to. It’s more of a chill spot, so many unique stores I’ve never seen at a mall.

Good mall. We enjoy the events that are held there monthly. Wide walkways, stores are stocked and well staffed. Food court is stocked with variety . My only concern is that more bathrooms pn the lower level would be helpful. Fully functional elevators need work.

I was there for Monster Con 2023. It was my first time going to one & I was definitely not disappointed at all. They had some awesome vendors! I got to talk to some actors from Fear the Walking Dead cast & they were so nice & humble. The whole thing was so much fun. I will definitely be back for another event at Rolling Oaks Mall.

I like coming here because it's not as busy as most other malls, it's got plenty to do and the BBQ place in the food court is top notch! We love the inflatable place for our toddler, the fact that it's less busy gives him tons of room to run and not get in other patrons way, and the family game area on the lower level is really cute.

This is a great mall. I say this because is lacks foot traffic, unlike every other mall in the city. I would love for this place to thrive, even if it is as the expense of being able to shop, eat and enjoy the afternoon at a leisurely pace. The stores are always clean and well-stocked and it features many local shops as well. The food court is not overwhelming, with probably five eateries; however, the range of tastes they offer is actually quite smart. I have tried every one and they are fantastic. Chinese and barbecue spots are really goood and great customer service. Charlie's, Chic-fil-A, and Orange Theory offer the similarities of typical food courts. There are fantastic play areas for the kids, both young and old. There is also a remote-control spot, a Lego store, an awesome place with a wide selection of scrubs, etc. Give this mall a try. Especially if you live in this area, you will come to find it's a gem in Rolling Oaks. Pay no attention to the empty big departmental stores. One was Sears, which went out of business. I'm sure once more people utilize this mall these spaces will be used. For the mean time, if you have some gift shopping to do - or, maybe just window looking and picking up a few finds - give it a try. The pace is very chilled. Browse, shop, eat. *A place to get art lessons! *A place to get music lessons! ...see pics attached. There is also a recording studio available for rent. Very nice studios. Two of them, I need to get back and get pics of the one located across from the kids play & pizza place. Very nice studio with professional equipment and lessons for all types of musical instruments.

It's not a large Mall but it's not small either. I went on Black Friday but the stores were not overly crowded. Lots of sales going on. It's pretty much what you'd expect a mall to look like so it's familiar territory. Of note, there is an IHOP here on site and this particular Mall is just across, loop 1604, from Walmart off of Nacogdoches. Oh and this one has A LOT of parking space.
