Papa Johns Pizza

Completely dissatisfied with this Papa John’s location. From the delivery to the pizza. 1st I asked for contactless delivery which they did not abide by which resulted in my baby being woken up from her nap and the driver almost getting bit by my dog. Great start. 2nd I asked for a well done pizza and it is UNDER done which you can tell by the picture showing that I had to rip the slice off the box. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location and if you’re hungry I would advise you don’t either.

I really never had Papa John's Pizza up until recently. This was my 3rd time ordering from this location. The pizza was great up until I found a hair embedded between the crust and pepperoni. I lost my appetite completely. New update: my fiance was up all night with food poisoning. Never again will we be ordering from here again.

I call Papa John's at 10:00 p.m. I told him I had to take care of some stuff at work I would be there to pick up my pizza between 11:00 and 11:30 the gentleman to answer the phone told me it was fine I showed up at 11:15 they refused to open the door I had already paid for my pizza this is the worst place to go get pizza I don't care about Josh or anybody else they're all worthless do not go there at all

Terrible customer service by one person at this location. I called to get an estimate on time, and was going to order online if it was short, and then pick it up. Instead I instantly got put on hold, needing ONLY that little bit of information. I call back, and get told the same thing, not able to simply ask a question 5 seconds later. I keep calling and get a response of "Hanging up and calling back won't help" then getting put on hold. Unbelievable.

Stop using door dash to do your deliveries. I Typically have to order from Dominos for them to be able to find my apartment. The last two times I've ordered it's always through door dash and I had to help them find my apartment I feel like part of the appeal of using a Local area pizza place is they know the local area and I don't have to stop what I am doing to help get someone to even the right building. Pizza is always decent and typically I prefer it over domino's but as a single mother I do not like stopping my child's bath to help someone find me. Hire some delievey drivers like every other pizza place in the area. If I wanted door dash and the hassle of it I would of ordered something on door dash.

So I ordered a couple of pizzas. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and very helpful. After hanging up, I remembered a question I had about the peppers so I called back. This time, I find out latter, my call went straight to the store. My previous call was taken by a call center. The girl that answered was not at all as polite as the first. She was very rude and short. I got my question answered and hung up. Around midnight I called to see where my order was as it had been well over an hour to find the store closed. I waited a bit longer thinking it's still come. Then I checked my bank account to see they had drown the money out and about an hour later they put it back. Never bothered to call to let me make other arrangements. The manager I spoke to the next day. John. Said he would take care of the problem and said he would give me my order free. I called last night to collect on his offer and the same girl answered. When I told her my name, she hung up..I called back and she answered yelling the John's not here. And hung up. These people have some weird problems they need help with. Alexis was the girls name.
