Mcdonald's

Was surprised to be told I would have to use kiosk to order my food because I was using my card and not cash. We were the only people present and front register representative advised she could not help due to being cash only. So she got paid to stand and watch me place my own order on the kiosk. So much for a great customer experience. The only plus side is that my son's got to get what they wanted to eat. Don't see us coming back to this location in the future. There are 2 other locations not to far. Hopefully they can provide a better experience.

Avoid this mcdonalds like covid. Morning they have "issues" with the system especially mobile ordering. Made me wait 20 minutes for system to work yet they able to take drive through orders fine. If the system is down then you wouldn't be able to use take any orders at all. And also morning since system is down you can only pay cash. Manager was no help either in canceling the mobile order as once you say you there, there's no canceling on phone app.

EDITING TO ADD: I’ve been to this McDonald’s 2 times since my initial review, and they haven’t been filling up the drink all the way. There was a good inch off the top of both drinks I just ordered! Come on, do better!!! It can’t possibly make that much difference to y’all monetarily!!!!! The inside of the burger seemed underdone. Usually have an issue with my order being wrong. The most recent time I’ve been they moved us to the last window because our food wasn’t quite ready. Then they came after a while and asked us if we were waiting on something? Yeah how about the food I ordered??? Also they always forget the sauce for nuggets.

Went through drive-thru, was told to pull up to 3rd window to wait for my order. 7 cars behind me/in parked slots received theirs before me. Finally someone came to window and asked what my order was. They admitted giving my order away to someone else. Brought me food after 22 mins. Got home burger was not put together properly. Missing sauces ordered for nuggets. Just really bad service.

Fast food. They get it right sometimes and I might even say I enjoy it occasionally when my timing is such that the food is relatively fresh...for fast-food. They're attempting a Chick-Fil-A type drive thru but its mediocre and sometimes seems unnecessary. They win at convenience but other than that I try not to go

Just wanted to drop a good comment about my experience today, I had some miss communication with the young man taking my order, in the drive thru today 06/29 around 8:30. I have diverticulosis so I can’t eat seeds, so I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, sub out the sesame seeds bun for a regular bun. I got to the window, got my food an noticed my was handed two hamburger patty’s no bun…. Lol funny but a little frustrating. I came inside to have my order corrected, an my last experience with the management was very poor but today I was surprised to have very excellent customer service from a younger African American man with either, short dreads or corn rolls, but I highly appreciated the acknowledgment, respect, and attentiveness to correct the problem! Thank you very much, I didn’t get your name, but I appreciate the great customer service!
