Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Beware--this is a privately owned Popeyes that is not accountable to the parent company. This was stated by customer service rep. My food was cold (less than a minute after leaving the drive-thru). Bad traffic, so I didn't return. Didn't finish the meal because in addition to being cold, it just didn't taste good at all. So I googled the customer service number and called and asked for a refund. They politely stated that the manager would call in 3-5 days. Huh? Is that a way to stay in business? 3-5 days to call a dissatisfied customer. Ok... I waited 5 days and called again (I had not heard from them). I was told it was escalated and to wait another 3-5 days. I waited. Called again (I'm stubborn about it at this point). Guess what? I was told it would be escalated again...to a "team of managers". Wait another 3-5 days. See where this is going? Was told this is a privately owned Popeyes and their is nothing they can do except request the local manager to call. If the local manager is serving cold, tasteless food...do they really think that person cares enough to respond to a customer? Prob not. When you go to a chain restaurant, you expect consistent quality with what you've had at other restaurants. Isn't that the purpose? I found it fascinating that their appears to be no corporate oversight in either quality, customer service, or management. Buyer Beware at this place.

Ordered from Uber Eats and DoorDash, have picked up orders from here for both. Every time I’ve ordered something here there has never been one time I have received the sauces I requested or the proper sides and it never fails the food is consistently of poor quality, old and stale. I will never order from this Popeyes or patronize it again after ordering tonight and having missing drinks, sides and sauces. Anytime I’ve picked up here I’ve had a bad experience with the employees showing any professionalism or care in what they do and have no idea how this restaurant exists with such utterly poor quality and service.

This is probably one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. And I mean If you know one that’s worse feel free to lmk. They never fail when it comes to messing up my order. Doesn’t matter if it’s leaving my large red beans and rice out or like today a whole meal is missing -_-. Just know they’re gonna mess it up. And how do you run out of fries??? At a chicken spot ??? The customer service is absolutely slow and terrible. Every time I try to call them about my messed up order they never pick up the phone. Ghetto…and not in a good way.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. Tonight, after waiting almost a half an hour in the drive-thru line- while 6 Popeyes employees leave the building to smoke and hangout we finally pull up and they tell us they are out of basically everything except spicy chicken. Since my son doesn’t eat that we had to just leave and get food somewhere else. I will never ever go here again.
