Taco Cabana

We came in after shopping down the street. This place has gotten so much better since the last time we were here. Employees were really nice and on top of everything. PLUS!! If you sign up for the e-mails, you get a free plate, your choice, for FREE, just show them the e-mail and that's it, no questions, just free food!! Check out the receipt, free. I got the fajita plate.

Was not very good. To long of a time to order. Need more people to take orders. And have a person serving the margarita 's. The cashier was taking orders and serving margarita's. That's why ordering took so long. Made for the long lines. Tacos we're to small. Not enough meat or shrimp. And trash cans were full no room to throw away your trash. And no paper in restroom.

First time going to this location and maybe the last. Went through the drive through, received food, was then asked if I wanted salsa, said yes and said how many of which kind, I was then asked to pull up to wait for someone to bring it out?! 5 minutes later a lady comes out with the wrong salsas and wrong amount! Then had to wait several minutes longer for her to finally come back, I asked for 4 and of course she brings 3.. Rice was also a little watery and slightly under cooked. Just my luck, bad choice of place to get food after a long bad day!

Things are done right at this Taco Cabana! I live by the one on Southcross but the terrible service there drove me to this location. I do not regret this. The drive-thru employees verified the order multiple times, gave me a free drink for a long wait, and were super friendly. Thank you for this! After work, I love encountering good customer service and correct orders. Stuff like that can really ruin your day if it goes wrong. I'll be dropping by again soon!

Ok this place is decent if u eat in, DO NOT GO THREW DRIVE THRU!!!!! Not only have I once got a have eaten taco and when I call the manager tells me I'm lieing and hangs up. But then today I just went again .... It's been a year and they gave me re heated tacos double wrapped in foil and worst had two different stickers on it!!!! Manager says she will fix it but service is just not what it should be in the kitchen and rude drive thru people. Good luck if u eat here. And I hate leaving bad reviews.
