Church's Texas Chicken

Super hot inside the restaurant but luckily we were getting to go. Chicken was great and came out fast, sides have gotten super small but still taste great. Staff was mostly friendly although sounded like 1 person in the back really did not want to be at work (throwing dishes around and slamming things & the manager got after him about it). Manager was super nice though!

I came in with my daughter and granddaughter. We just got off work. Grandbaby just out of daycare. Lady working yelled at us to get out. FOR NO REASON. I will come talk to manager if requested. I was frequent here. Never problems til she did it. while I just wanted to order.I would love to turn her in. On video. We did nothing. Then shockingly left. Please fix this. I'm not confrontational person.Can not recommend this place , because of this. A dangerous situation. For employees to snap on customers like this

Missing 2 items and when I arrived the staff had the doors locked. When trying to simply see if I had to go through the drive I knocked and the staff looked up and ignored me, but because of my hungry wife who badly wanted Church’s I decided to then go through the drive through. When getting home I realized that they had forgot two of our sides that I ordered and payed for. Other ones near are a lot better, go to those.

Came here to pick up an UberEats order 20 mins before close tonight and was yelled at by a very rude man that they were closed already. He didn’t even come to the window and when I tired to ask him too so that I could figure out if they still had the order he just screamed more. Worst costumer service I have ever had in my life.. Worst part is that I would have been completely understanding if I was show basic human kindness.

The speaker was not working due to time delay so we had to talk to the lady at the window. She seemed nice but apparently there was a misunderstanding, so our order was wrong. She also tried to rip my friend off. Mind you it was only a dollar, but how many other people has she ripped off? It may have all just been a mistake, but the entire experience sucked.
