I did not have a good drive thru experience here recently, and this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I was not greeted warmly. The cashier immediately told me that they did not have chicken available for 30 minutes, unless I wanted tenders. I'm not sure why it would take 30 minutes to fry chicken. I went ahead and ordered tenders instead, and as I was ordering my sides, I was told mashed potatoes, green beans, and macaroni & cheese were all out. This is half of their selection of sides. When I got home, 5 minutes away, the food was not hot or fresh. I had to heat up in the microwave. I won't be returning to this location. There is one a few miles further away and I will try that location instead.

Went in, manager refused to honor coupon codes from their own site. Didn’t seem to even know what he was doing, such a poor guest experience.
Edit: and then they shorted us 3 pieces of meat. Will edit review again based on resolution.
Edit: received 3 shorted pieces with barely an apology. Will drive farther for another Popeyes in the future

Service in the Drive-Thru was fine. The chicken, not so fine. I ordered two big boxes at $6 each. One spicy, one mild. Each box contained one breast and One Wing. The wings could have been from a dove! They were so tiny and so shriveled up and dry. Normally I like wings. Not today! This was not a bargain. The biscuit was like a hockey puck!. It wouldn't even soften up in the microwave. I was told dirty rice was discontinued. Too bad. That was one of my faves. I had to pay extra if I wanted mac and cheese for a side! The whole thing was a rip off and not tasty at all. Popeye's quality has gone downhill. So disappointed!

Good chicken. However, the inmates are running the asylum. They close the dining room with no notice and don’t even bother to put up a sign. They are always out of pretty much everything. Customer service is like the the Chapelle show copy skit

We waited for 20-30 minutes for then to get our order wrong, twice. They forgot two chicken sandwiches which we had to go back for just to find out they also forgot 20 dollars worth of food. Each time I've come here, I've gotten lackluster service at best. Save your time and money and go to Chick-fil-A

Second bad experience at this location. Let the first one slide but really sad that it happened again. Missing two items in the order. When requested to complete the order the manger made it seem like it was my fault that they messed the order. The facial expressions of each staff member was like they were held against their will.
To top it all food was so below average. Chicken was cold, fries seemed stale.
I hope Popeyes corporate offices looks into this location for a major staff overhaul. Definitely not coming back here.

Absolutely awful service. Bad attitudes all over the place, every time. Some sloppy wannabe manager had to try and flex whatever power he has left in his miserable life by shutting off the soda machine bc I poured one cup that I paid for into a larger cup to make it easier for my gf and I to share the drink. Then he got all snappy and tried to say I needed to pay extra for sauces since a sauce packet is only good for one sauce. I guess he didn’t do well in math class since I had ordered a 5 piece. Just another loser trying to push his misery onto paying customers. The place is always dirty, disheveled and under staffed/stocked. Avoid like the plague.

They have the WORST staff. I don’t understand how the manager can hire people that’s SO RUDE to their customers/delivery drivers. If you are a deliver driver (uber eats, dd, gh etc..) they will always give u a headache. They will lie to you and tell you that u have to wait 30 min for an order on purpose to see if u decide to wait or cancel the order. If u decide to wait, they will tell u there’s a mistake in the order (on purpose, again!) and that the customer through the app has to cancel the order because they can’t make it. You can’t ask for a replacement if they don’t have tea or any other type of soda.. according to them, the customer will have to re-order. Don’t waste your time with this popeyes location. They need a new manager or employees ASAP.
