Mcdonald's

I would give no stars but I have to have 1 just to share my experience. Rude manager, I was given a burger that looked like it's been there all day and thrown on the floor, old fries, and had to wait 23 mins for 2 pies. I will never go there again. Worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Bad thing about it is that it was the actual manager that I was dealing with. (Mariah)

This establishment is an, almost, "always busy," but, it is a pretty damn, sharp, very-very clean, and very well-run, Mickey D's!¡! This could be, because it is a training store, from what I understand... But,on multiple visits, I have observed the day staff, from early morning to late in the afternoon shift's, employee's... from the Management, down to the trainees... are attentive, almost all of the staff, have friendly smiles, great attitudes and seem to actually, enjoy their work environment! Wish more McDonald's Stores would follow suit... I might frequent them more often!¡!

Wish I could leave a zero star. NoBODY in drive thru, I order 2 burgers with fries and 2 drinks. They have me pull into a space, AFTER 20 MIN THEY SAY THEY OOPPS, THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON. 10 more min, then they bring out my burgers, NO FRIES!!??? So after 30 mins...im still missing my order. Who works here?? The manager sends out this poor new girl to hand me old fries. I'm waiting for my refund right now.

It took about 12 minutes for my curbside order from placing it to receiving it. The drive thru was super busy and it hardly seemed to move. The entrance to the Mcdonalds has a "DO NOT ENTER" sign which as I was trying to turn in, I did not immediately notice it was regarding the lane the drive thru can turn around from, so I thought it meant I couldn't enter there. So I went to the next entrance (which was actually the exit for the drive thru) and had to awkwardly drive the wrong way until I found a space to turn around in. On a positive note, this is the first McDonald's that has asked for the name on the order before giving it to me, instead of just handing me the food because I'm in the curbside spot. I appreciated that. The burger was a bit smashed in the wrapper as if due to being over-tightly wrapped.

Idk what this egg had I brought this on my way to work this morning and it was disgusting. Never will I go to this McDonald’s again. I would have returned it back but was already at work n couldn’t leave. You people should be ashamed for serving something like this. I’m glad I didn’t get sick. Yes I took a couple of bites n did t know until I was about to add butter on it and saw the egg!!!
