Jack In The Box

I was super hungry wanted lunch for breakfast stopped at my favorite go to place got 4 tacos and curly fries. The fries were nice and hot. However, when I turned the corner my bag fell over in the seat and all of my fries ended up on the floor. The tacos were cold and they didn't taste very fresh. I guess they are trying something new putting two tacos in one bag. My one tacos was inside of the other. I didn't like this one bit. I think I will not go back for a while.

I recently ordered through the app, drove to the store and tried to pick up my order and was told that they didn't receive it. After presenting a receipt and my bank statement proving that I did indeed place an order they still refused to make it. I just want the meal that I paid for or my money back. The employees tried getting ahold of their manager several times, as well as I did and absolutely no response. Thankfully I have to resource to buy food elsewhere but imagine if it was a parent using their last dime to buy their kids food and this is the service they received. Unacceptable, if a receipt is presented I don’t see the issue in making an already paid for meal.

We ate there today and let me tell you, this is the worst jack in the box I ever been too. While we ordered the food the lady was on her phone and she was super slow. We ordered the munchy box and it was so sloppy. The food was super soggy and nasty. I got food poisoning aka s**t squirts... I regret going there... I wish I could get my money back! DO NOT GO THERE! They should shut this place down.

This is the 2nd time I've tried this particular Jack in the box and something goes wrong. First time I came to this one, nobody was at the radio to take my order and it was about 7:30pm. I even tried calling out to someone to see if they were available to take my order but nobody answered. Needless to say I ended up leaving. Tonight, I tried again and the cashier told me that they were only serving Uber Eats and door dash due to harsh working conditions. The lady said to me that it was 100 degrees inside the store. I'm not trying to sound harsh but you seriously can't afford to have a working AC inside this location?? I'm usually very understanding of things I'm not aware of but this was ridiculous. Never going to this location again.

The worst jack in the box experience. This was my last stop as an Uber eats delivery. I waited in the drive through lane for over 1 hour to get to the window. They still didn’t have the ordered prepared and took an additional 15 mins to prepare the order. They are unprofessional and have nothing prepared. I couldn’t leave the restaurant as I got stuck in between cars.

Spent almost 20min in the drive through after work just to have then completely ignore me. I have hade problems before with there service skills but this was completely unacceptable. I would not have mind waiting if someone hade told me that there was a wait but my presence was not even addressed. This is not the first time that this has happened. I will not be returning to this establishment.
