Church's Chicken

We went last night to return our food. The chicken had an ugly fishy smell. The cole slaw we got had a date and time of Thursday 2:30 and I purchased at 9:30pm so it had been sitting there for a while it was all brown and mushy. Worst customer service ever. The two employees there were cussing and while I was there trying to get a refund 2 more people showed up with same issue. I had to call the police because they would not refund my money. Leon the manger did not do anything to help and turns out that his daughter works there too and she was the one being super rude even threw the food I took back on the floor as you can tell she was frustrated with the situations that were going on and people coming back for refunds. Do not eat there. If I knew how dirty the restaurant was I would have never gone by but we were in the area and so we decided to stop by. Rate: -100

The restaurant looks like it's falling apart. The speaker in the drive thru is broken and dirty . My last visit I went around 8:15pm and waited at the front window for about 20 minutes just for the manager to tell me through the glass drive-thru only. After waiting 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru as I got my food and was leaving I saw the manager walk out food to who I'm assuming his family members in a blue SUV because he gave the lady driver a kiss. The food was horrible My chicken tenders where very cold . The fries tasted like if they had been cooked in old fry oil. Mash potatoes tasted like boxed mash potatoes. Gravy tasted like peppered water. I will never go back again.

Food here is awful for the prices that they charge you for. There is always a rude employee & long wait times for orders. I agree with another comment on here. The churches on zarzamora is a better location. I will not ever order from this location. I rather drive a couple more miles for fresher food & nicer service!

Went thru Drive thru...waited about 10 min at speaker and not once did anyone say hello or anything. I drive around to window..and all employees are on the phone... once an employee came to window..I asked if speaker was broken..she replies..no I took off my headset for a while....smh !!! Service always sucks here..they need NEW MANAGEMENT !!!

I asked lady at counter a question and she looked at me and ignored me. The gentleman before me had to get off from drive way because the lady yelled at him and told him wait I'm closing the fukin window. I'm disgusted with how they treat paying customers. All because they messed up on a another customers order.

I've lived around there for 18 years years and Man the service was never slow the was it is now they can have one car in drive thru and make you wait 20 mins at the window some people just leave I remember they use to be fast and always had my order right now you can order one or two things and it's the wrong one
