I drove up to the order menu. I was asked to give them a minute. I figured, "cool, I get it. They probably need time to catch up." After 10-15 minutes of waiting I drove up to the window. There was a kid sitting on the counter on his phone. Some other guy come to the window. I let him know I had been waiting to order for a while. He replies "I don't have the headset on." Never again.

Walkin/Freezer wide open, very bad for the food not staying Temp. Burger Buns were not toasted, Burger was cooked on a dirty grill.

Night shift definitely needs some serious work. Currently waiting in line for 20 minutes and not even at the box yet. The person in front of us waited and had to repeat his order several times.

Honestly it deserves no stars..
Drove up to the speaker was told only cash, ok fine. Exact change only, we have no change. Uhh okay, fine. We're about to order and whoever was going to take it goes " ugh oh my god. What can I get for you? oh and we only have diet."
Just say yall are closed, don't want to work and move on!

Ordered a salad for lunch today. Prepped my salad and like many popped a crouton in my mouth. Omg!!! Had to spit it out immediately because it was pretty obvious these croutons were old. Looked at the package and sure enough expired since October 2018. The fact that this could happen is horrible. I had to return my salad because this alone was enough to make me question the rest of my meal. Disgusting😡

We came to this location and I was disgusted. There was 3 men that work tonight and none of them had gloves on while preparing the meals, the heavy set guy had his mask below his mouth exposing his facial hairs and was looking at me. They RAN OUT OF STRAWS ya heard and they they curly fries was cold. Will be reporting this location and getting intouch with corporate. $21 lost for nothing and guess what else rather giving us Regular cola they gave us something else like a cherry coke and we did not ask for that.

I’m never the one to write negative reviews, but if I can save a couple people from getting sick then it’s worth it. I got the 4 piece chicken strip combo with a fry and a salad. I gave my husband a piece of my chicken, and after finishing my meal we both had horrible stomach aches not even 10 minutes later! It was so bad that I even vomited. I also got a sweet tea, which tasted very old. Will never go back, I wish I was smart enough to read the reviews before wasting my money on this place.
