Sonic Drive-in

This is a weird post, here it goes. First burger was made like it was a commercial model burger. Hot nice and neat. Two employees, plus a manager that came out cause he couldn’t hear me had happy and good attitudes. So many places have rude employees that can’t get they’re face out of their phones and managers that don’t know how to train or care. This was a nice change. Great job guys. Allen

The onion rings were on point! They were crispy, the breaded part did not fall off and tasty. The rest of the food was freshly made. We ordered a coney, patty melt and a burger. All worth the price. They have drive in and drive thru. This is a newer Sonic. The staff was polite. The only thing that I did not like was the limeades. I ordered cherry limeades and ended up getting sprite with strawberry chunks, no joke. I didn't taste the drink until I got home. I'd still come back.

Give yourself time cuz every time that we've gone to Sonic very very slow takes a long time no matter how many cars are there usually only had like skeleton staff working theme but whose good prices are decent you know and then they atmosphere of the dining in your car and you know that novelty is still there so that's fine

Went yesterday food was hot the tables were all dirty . Unemployed with glasses on had lock the door at 6:15 ,we unlock the door to go home she was upset as we unlock the door we explain you have no sign that says that you're closed and it's a fire hazard you can not lock the door when you have a lot of people in there you have no exit door

Absolutely HORRIBLE! customer service. One star does it justice considering the fact that only ONE of their employees actually tried to provide decent customer service. Employees here are rude and lazy, they get wrong the simplest of orders. My siblings and I waited nearly one hour just to get three slushies. If only we hadn't paid, we would've gladly left this location. Management YOU need to step up and fix this dump. This isn't the first time I received horrible assistance here. Not worth coming here, I suggest satisfying your appetite elsewhere.
