Mcdonald's

Seriously, ordered sausage biscuits for breakfast. Used the app so they would be fresh, and ready for pickup. It took me less than 5 minutes to get to the McDonald's to pick them up. I don't know if they went out for their way to give me a dry piece of sausage, and a equally hard biscuits! 😕 there's absolutely no excuse giving a customer something this bad! I could see that the person at the drive threw window already had an attitude. She could not hide her facial deportment, and that's fine. I can ignore that, and I understand that she was not the individual that prepared the sausage biscuits. But, bad service, and bad food all at once is too much to deal with at 5:30am!

I went through the drive thru yesterday at 11:00 am. There were 2 cars ahead of us. We ordered a Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The quarter pounder was missing a beef patty, the fries were cold, bland, all bits and pieces and tasted like old rancid oil. It’s sad that customers are paying these higher prices and the “best” part of the meal is a soda. I’ve tried this McDonald’s many times and have had nothing but problems with my order and the fries are ALWAYS terrible. I’m giving up on going to this location.

I went thru the drive thru just now and ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and a double quarter pounder meal and when I got home it was 1 dry quarter pounder and to small dry chicken sandwiches! What a rip off! Then when I tried to call it's a fax machine! Check your stuff well! They will rip you off and not fix the issue if you return!
