Ihop

They literally never send a side salad and here's a pic of their buttered toast. It's a slice of white bread with butter sprayed in the middle. Like come on. 8 orders, no side salad, unbuttered toast. It is the most despicable restaurant with no management that at least tries to maintain some sort of responsibility. It's really sad. The fact they don't send a salad with each order that says it needs one means bad training. I don't blame the employees. Just the management.

The broccoli had maggot larvae growing on them. Please see attached pictures and read for full details below. I never post hardly anything and it takes an extreme issue for me to post, but this must be posted due to a huge safety concern to all. I usually never go to IHOP (last time about 5 yrs ago on Christmas day). We made exception because no other restaurants were open and close by, plus the kids wanted to eat pancakes from IHOP and they are usually really good otherwise, but didn't stick to the pancakes and should have. I ordered the T-bone and took one bite. It was tough and didn't taste like meat or even look like a T-bone...more like a pork chop thinly sliced. My wife had the chicken fried steak with broccoli. The broccoli was old, so old in fact that it had maggots growing on them. We were so disgusted and notified the manager. He didn't make us pay for it and we didn't make a big scene about it, but neither did the mgr. I would like to think they went and inspected the veggies. Bee, the mgr, simply stated they get their veggies are boxed from the vendor and I will assume don't inspect the goods before serving to customers. We also gave the difference of the meal to the waitress, Chloe, who was super great and nice and she felt terrible and responsible, but couldn't be further from the truth. If you eat here, stick to what they are famous for and inspect the food completely. Good luck!

if I could give it 0 stars I would. I went there this morning for the first AND last time. Not only did I wait over 30 minuted for 2 scrambled eggs and buttered toast ( while the table next to me got their huge order of pancakes, eggs and meats stuff in about 10 minutes ) but half the staff didn’t either wear a mask or wore it under their nose / chin. Sorry, but I don’t know if they’re sick or not, but my family is high risk and I think if you work in customer service you should have enough sense to wanna protect your customers.

I ordered the steak tips, potatoes and corn. It was good but… the steak tips were sweet(really sweet), I don’t like sweet meat unless I am in a mood for it(which is not very often), and I think they should advertise that the tips have a sweet sauce, or at least mention it on the menu.so I basically had a couple of tablespoons of potatoes and a couple of tablespoons of corn for dinner because I wasn’t in a mood for sweet meat. Other than that…. The dining room was very clean and the waiter was very nice and attentive without being overly attentive.
