Taco Bell

Placed my order on the app (which was easy enough) and when I got to the location to pick up they informed me part of my order was out of stock. Luckily I wasn't charged but still disappointed. Secondly I requested sauces be included and, sure enough, they did not include them. I guess thats on me for not double checking (?) All this was topped off with my items just being placed on the counter for me to carry out. No bag was offered and when I looked for someone to ask there were no employees to be found. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last.

The drive through line was very long, so I went inside. Unfortunately, there were several people waiting inside also and only two people making the orders. It's possible one was training the other. Benjamin took my order and it was obvious he had sincere empathy for the customers waiting. It's hard to get too upset when there's a concerned employee staring back at you. I assume it can be hard to keep a Taco Bell staffed with motivated people. Taco Bell is lucky to have Benjamin. Order 210090 on 3-6-2022

Yes- there are GOOD Taco Bell’s, and BAD Taco Bell’s! The food is pretty much the same at both, so the difference seems to come down to staff and management. Is the place clean? Friendly and fast? It hurts my feelings if someone who has no pride in their work just slaps a ladle of meat into my tortilla and semi wraps the paper around it. All that being said: this is the BEST Taco Bell I have visited in years! Online ordering, a big old star on that one! Get what you want and customize it! Sweet! The time it took from telling them I was there to driving off with my food was 3 Minutes! THREE MINUTES y’all!! Hot and fresh! The guy at the window...I wish I would have noted his name, because he truly made my day and was so nice and efficient! Thank you Taco Bell @ 1604/ near UT! You are the best!!!
